AccNav Systems LLC was founded by Karletta & Chuck Pruszynski after Chuck's retirement in 2018 from Raytheon Missile Systems as a Senior Engineering Fellow, following a highly successful 40-year career in the US defense-aerospace industry. An experienced and proven technical innovator in the area of ground and airborne electro-optical and infrared system development, Chuck brings a wealth of engineering experience and technical knowledge covering the entire system life cycle from initial concept development and performance analysis/modeling, through detailed design, testing and qualification, to initial and full rate production and field support.
