The aim of this application is to interconnect the different actors who intervene in the import-export process like an import- export company, forwarding agent, trucking company and QC company.

What made the task challenging was that there was no documentation or data available for the project.

Solution

The Project was assigned to a team of highly experienced and proficient people who brought together their technical expertise to develop effective solutions. Thorough discussions were held with clients to understand the requirement. Accordingly, bugs were analzyed and subsequently removed and new features were incorporated into the websites. Agile scrum methodology was used to complete this project.
